-Kurita's lamb meat-

We use lamb shoulder from New Zealand which has a lot of lean meat.

Once an order is placed, it is thinly sliced using a special machine and served to you.

-Hokkaido pork-

Lean, tender Hokkaido pork is rolled up individually in the store and sliced to order.

-Dashi soup-

We make our products slowly and carefully at low temperature every day in our store.This is our proud soup stock, packed with the delicious flavor of Hidaka kelp, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients.

-Homemade secret sauce-

Our secret homemade soy sauce has a mild, mild flavor with little acidity.It brings out the natural flavor of lamb.
